Hit and Giggle Fundraiser held at Soldier Hollow Golf Course
2010 Hit and Giggle
On August 25 our 2010 fundraiser the “Hit & Giggle” Golf Scramble
took place at Soldier Hollow Golf Course followed by a silent
auction and dinner at the Soldier Hollow Day Lodge.
One hundred and twenty people attended. The event was an enormous success with over $8,000 raised, thanks to the generosity of sponsors, silent auction donors and participants.
All proceeds will be used for special projects for the Wasatch Mountain State Park during the 2010-11 year. In the past three years, Friends of Wasatch has raised over $36,000 for the Huber Grove trail and amenities to the historic Huber Grove plus other park projects in and around the Visitor Center.
