Why Join The Friends of Wasatch Mountain State Park?
As an official partner of Wasatch Mountain State Park, The Friends provide vital support to the park. Stewardship of funds is important to The Friends. Working closely with Park staff we identify projects and initiatives that require our support and prioritize appropriate tasks in accordance with our Mission. 94% of our funds are spent directly on Wasatch Mountain State Park.
The Friends is an active group. Our annual calendar includes hikes, trail building opportunities, park clean-up events, educational programs, fundraisers and social events. Such a full calendar of activates requires the time and talents of many people to plan and execute successfully. Volunteers are essential for us to succeed.
The Friends group has grown from a handful of founding members to over 150 members.

Annual Membership Dues
Annual membership dues, January through December, are: Single $25, Couple $40, Family $50. A renewal notice is sent each January. If you are joining during the year, use the prorated schedule below.
